PalmShine provides residential and commercial window cleaning and seasonal holiday lighting design and installation services. Specific details of any service, including scope, scheduling, and pricing, are confirmed in a written or electronic quote provided to you prior to service.

Estimates provided through our website, estimator tools, or by our team are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site and may vary depending on property access, condition, and scope. We maintain a minimum service charge of $175.

For holiday lighting installations, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are collected securely through Stripe and are applied toward your final service total. By submitting a deposit, you authorize PalmShine to charge the deposit amount via Stripe.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments processed securely through Stripe.

By typing your name in the booking agreement, you acknowledge that your typed name constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and you agree to the terms of the service agreement presented at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be refundable up to a stated period before the scheduled service date, as specified in your agreement. Please review your agreement carefully or contact us for details.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of PalmShine and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

PalmShine is not liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your service agreement.

Our site uses third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing and Meta for lead-form collection. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties; please review their respective terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
